Just finished the first week of the Visual Arts course I'm completing this year and man is it a big change in the structure of my life! I'll get used to it, I know, but right now I am feeling so tired and I suddenly don't have as much free time as I used to. I'm going to have to adjust my routines to fit with this new timetable. I've really enjoyed this first week! I've made some new friends, done a bit of drawing and stuff and I feel like this will be a good way for me to continue to develop and improve my skills as an artist and an individual. I've applied for a couple of scholarships, too, so it'd be really cool to get one of those! Just to help with material costs and transport, etc.

I haven't done much writing at all these past weeks, and I need to get back into it! To those who are reading my Knights of the Old Republic II fanfic, A Wound in the Force, I would like to say that I am sorry that there has been no progress there! I do intend to continue with it, but I also need to sit down and do some more idea/character development so I don't get stuck as often as I did with the first two chapters. I really want to refine Rashida's character before I continue with her story. And get down a solid design.
Also a minor change in the story: I had referred to Revan as a female in the first chapter, but I've decided to use the male Revan that I designed (Cedric Hunt) instead. Since Revan has only been mentioned once so far, I think it's all right to change that at this point. Don't get me wrong, I love a female Revan, but I really want to use Cedric's character, instead of just leaving him to collect dust with all the other forgotten characters...

Uh, I think that's all I wanted to write for now.
How is life treating you? :icondeyedplz:

Glad to hear that you're making friends and pursuing art in school! It's been quite moving watching you grow for the ... 4 years?...we've talked to one another. Good luck with scholarships & things.

I haven't forgotten that I should read your KotOR fic.

I haven't been writing much lately, which is...unsettling but probably symptomatic of several changes in my life (work, housemate, level of involvement online.) Hopefully I'll get some passion about that back soon.
